About HRBC Insurance

HRBC has been helping those in our community since 2005. We have a sense of teamwork and professionalism like no other, providing our clients with a well-trained and compassionate team of agents to ensure that their insurance needs are met.

Beginning with our founder, Henry Romero, we all work in a principled and intentional manner. The HRBC team operates based on the foundation of our 10 Core Values:

Rather than selling you anything, our goal is to provide you with unbiased education on your Medicare insurance options. Since we are appointed with many different insurance companies, we are able to find the right fit specific to your needs and budget.

We are your Companion in Healthcare. The HRBC team will help you enroll into the plan that we’ve narrowed down as the right fit for you, but it doesn’t stop there. We will lay out the realistic expectations of your chosen insurance and continue to help you navigate through it, so that you can maximize the coverage and benefits available to you.

We believe strongly in giving back – corporately and individually – to the communities we live and work in. When it comes to giving back, we also embrace the concept of “Pro Bono” work. This is the practice of doing work and helping people who have no ability to pay you, or whom you will not be compensated for in any way.

We believe in being Your Companion in Healthcare as well as prioritizing Compassion over Commission. In the insurance field, there are many opportunities where the best solution for someone is not a change of insurance, but instead is a mere administrative change or simply research and clarity between the healthcare professionals and the client’s insurance. Neither of these are circumstances when an insurance agent can get paid; however, our brand is built on providing quality customer service regardless of compensation.

Insurance is full of rules, exemptions, and loopholes that our clients will likely never be aware of. A piece of knowledge that we’ve learned through training may be enough to dramatically affect the outcome of an individual’s situation, and we will always act with respect to the betterment of the client. Always doing the right thing is our #1 Core Value and is a business strategy embedded into HRBC’s culture.
